Shogun Clans

Introduction

Konnichiwa! I suppose this started back in the early fall of 2001 when I bought Shogun Total War - Warlord Edition. I played it for many years, and at some point packed it away. I found it recently however and installed it, and remember what fun it actually is.

Of course now Shogun Total War 2 is the rage - and it is a wonderful game with lots of graphic richness and advanced CGI, nevertheless, there is something nostalgic for me in the original game.
What I have already had the Mongol Invasion campaign included.

Now, it is no longer supported, and this site is to capture and archive some of the remaining game information there is before, as is the nature of the internet, it goes away to 404 land.
I also plan on putting up interesting things about the samurai, the shogunate, and taisho, the tactics, weapons, and the clans in the game. Its a bit of nostalgia, retro and mainly enjoyment and a topic of interest to me. Hopefully this will be here for people who play the original or even Shogun 2. I may blog about that at some point.
